I was Hanging metal commercial fire doors and Hardware and installing drywall, fire wall"s, vinyl on the bath rm walls ,Drop ceilings , installing shelving ,drop ceilings ,counter tops.

I am a Specialist Carpenter and i do all aspects of carpentry .
They were Paying me $18 hourly and we work 10 hrs a day 6 and 7 days a week .

The job went on for 3 weeks and they hired 30 employees.

They bought This property from HUD it had 152 units and it had a lot
of plumbing and electrical problems,Mold problems in the basements,and
the people that lived in the apartments

were complaining to the city
that they had roaches ,and mold in their basements ,leak's in their
ceilings and walls .

there were law suits being brought up against them .


On occasions i had city inspectors and lawyer Assistance come up to me
and interview me .

They were trying to find the truth so i told them the truth 7 out of
10 families were leaving food set on their counter tops for weeks on
end ,and leaving basement windows open for weeks and

Months and trash was being put in the basement windows wells that was
causing water and mud to fill the window tracks and run over into the
basements that was causing the mold problems.

And these people although they were only paying $14 a month or $50 a
month for rent because they were on section 8 government programs they
would not even clean trash out of their own yards,
Or even make sure the trash went in cans so cats and dogs wouldn't tear
bags and trash would blow all over the neighborhood.

And the apartment house and trash company provided big plastic trash
cans with wheels on them kept in a fenced storage area's that were
close enough to all the apartments for them.

And we sprayed disinfectants on the trash cans and washed them with a hose every week .



the gate's were never locked they would through bags
over the fence that was high that you could not see cans and the bags would
rip and lids were left open drawling fly es and so on discusting
smells.

But i loved this job because it was a challenge,I had to repair leaking
or clogged bath room tubs sinks clogged toilets clogged sour pipes and
they had a Professional Elect drain cleaner with 100 foot snake to
clear any clogged drain ,

And i had to re grout many bath tub tile walls ,Clean out and re caulk
many tubs and sinks and install many Solarium and tile floors and
walls.

And repair many light switches ,receptacles ,Lights, ceiling
fans,clean the fan blades on many ceiling fans.detect reasons why
there was not voltage to dishwashers or lights ,

I have my own tool's that i can plug into a receptacle and point at
the service box and it will tell me which 15 AMP Breaker goes to Which
room ,

And i have A Tool that i can plug into a receptacle that will tell you
if the receptacle is wired wrong or if the Polarity is back wards.
And if it has a lose ground wire Or if the breaker is just not
Functioning or if moisture has just built up between the wire and
breaker connection like on a car battery not allowing
the Amperage to move the voltage to its Load, the Connection can be
very tight were you can't even pull the wire out of the breaker but
yet moisture will still seep in a gas form between the connection
stopping power to pass ,



.and and the city was citing them for the systems that needed fixed
they just warned then to get it fixed or they would be cited .

We fixed them all with in the warning times and they did not have to
pay any fines .

They own Properties all around the united states .

They ask my Supervisor Dian Smalley to tell me that i was breaking
records all around the united states ,and ask her if she could ask me
how i was accomplishing this .

And i explained it to them .

Hill rise was paying me on time every two weeks and i was happy with
my job then they changed bookkeeping companies and insurance companies
and our checks keep coming up a weeks pay short or $77 dollars short
and i confronted them and it was taking them weeks to make it right
and even after i showed them the difference and they said they would
fix it the check would come and it was short and it keep happening

he never keeps steady work .
right before this i worker for lancaster painting company (717)392-4643 his name is Christopher Conroy he payed me $12 hrly we were getting $25 dollar parking tickets every day we were working on 437 w Chestnut st in Lancaster pa and it was a permitt parking area the police station is 4 blocks away i went in and asked for a work pass to park there and they told me that my boss would need to bring a contract in to prove the work was being done there .i ask my boss and he said he had no contract to show them .
So i moved on because i was offered a job 7 blocks away were you could park for free every day
I am 55 years old every day i look for work i find work after a week or two of emailing hundreds of jobs .
Then the jobs are done after 2 weeks or else the employers decide they are going to just not pay you.
I have had to take 5 employers to labor and Industry since 2007.
And i have not had insurance from any employeer in 5 years .

i worked for genesis construction for 4 years remodeling homes the
owner mike kreps passsed away last year ,






in 1978 i started working for Elwood b Shelly Remodeling houses he is
still alive but he has all timers he doesn't remember to much. he

I Specialize in Remodeling Bath Rooms and Kitchens,Painting Interior ,Exterior Siding decks ,additions

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My father had a remodeling Business when i was 10 years old he took me to work to help . So i worked with him from age 10 till i was 17 years , Then i went to work doing stucco,and installing cabinets ,washers dryers ovens,cleaning up job sites

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
most of my clients have told me my prices are good better then other companies. and they really liked the fact that they only had to deal with just me rather then having to deal with 10 different contractors. because most so called contractors use sub contractors because they can't do all aspects of remodeling . Like i can do because i have worked in the field since age 10. I am 56 now so that give me 46 years experience and i have worked for 4 different companies that can valge that i am the fastest and most accurate in the united states . and in high school i was a undefeated wreseler for 5 straight years i have never been beat.

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location . I plan to expand when the economy straightens out But that will not happen until this countries government stops ale united alowing illegals from working in the united states. and with obama allowing the enemy to buy gas stations and garages grocery stores and hotels, and rental properties with the money we pay them for gas .
