How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've been in the computer field since 1979 after completing my first Associates Degree in Executive Data Management. From there I held positions in several computers from Data Entry to Computer Consultant. Eventually I decided to open my own business to provide home owners a quality oriented service to keep their computers running smoothly and efficiently, at economical pricing.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We stand by our quality work and personialze our service to fit our customers needs. We also pickup & deliver our customers computers to make sure everything works properly and they don't get stressed out by having to un-hook their equipment.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only have 1 location and don't have any immediate plans to expand
