How long have you been in business?
Keystone Software Solutions, Inc. was incorporated and started business in May of 1998.
What is your primary product or service?
We primarily provide ERP Business and Accounting Software from Sage Software and Intuit with a main concentration on MAS 90 and MAS 200. However; we recently added a new department that handles all types of IT Work including Networking, VoIP and network managed services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As owner, I used to work in a factory as a laborer. When the plant was closed, I returned to school. Upon completion of my education, I worked for a company that is similar to Keystone Software for approximately 10 years and subsequently started Keystone Software with my Partner Sam Wandzilak.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our biggest differentiator from other businesses is that we value price the majority of the work we perform for our customers. We guarantee that we can complete the job at the price proposed. Keystone takes the burden off of the customer and assumes the majority of the risk in the project. Most businesses like Keystone charge on a Time & Material Basis which can easily get out of control for the customer.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently work out of one location. However; certain job functions within our company do not require the employee to be in our actual office. They can work from their homes. We currently have our main office in West Reading, PA, a virtual office in Bernville, PA as well as a virtual Office in Lake Elsinore California.

From Pittsburgh, Harrisburg and West:
PA Turnpike (I-76) east to the Reading exit 21
After toll booths, take Route 222 north toward Reading
At the traffic light turn left onto Museum Road (shortly after Tom Sturgis Pretzels on right)
Continue on Museum Road, this will become 5th Ave
Continue straight through Penn Ave intersection and go ¾ around the circle onto Reading Ave
Turn right into office parking lot (approx. 100 yards from circle)
Enter the back of the building. (Door on right side) Proceed to second floor and make a left.
Continue to the end of the hall and make a right. We are the second office on the right.
From Philadelphia, New Jersey and East:
PA Turnpike (I-76) west to Morgantown exit 22
Continue straight after toll booths onto I-176 north
I-176 will split at the end, move into left lane and take Route 422 west
Take the Penn Ave exit (NOT Penn Street) towards West Reading
Turn right onto 6th Ave and go one block to Reading Ave
Continue straight at stop sign through Reading Ave intersection into office parking lot
Enter the back of the building. (Door on right side) Proceed to second floor and make a left.
Continue to the end of the hall and make a right. We are the second office on the right.
From Allentown and Northeast:
Take I-78 west and exit onto Route 100 south
Follow signs toward Reading and turn right onto Schantz Road
At the end of Schantz Road, merge onto Route 222 south
Stay on Route 222 south (approx. 35 miles) until you cross Route 73 intersection (Redners Quick Shop on left) (Toms market on right)
Proceed through the light and take the Sinking Spring exit, 222 South Exit (Old Road to Nowhere) approximately 1 mile exit right.
Continue to the Penn Ave exit
Turn right onto 6th Ave and go one block to Reading Ave
Continue straight at stop sign through Reading Ave intersection into office parking lot
Enter the back of the building. (Door on right side) Proceed to second floor and make a left.

From Pottsville and North:
Take Route 61 south towards Reading
Take the Sinking Spring, 222 South exit (Old Road to Nowhere) (after traffic light at Cross Keys Road)
Continue to the Penn Ave exit

Continue straight at stop sign through Reading Ave intersection into office parking lot

From Lancaster, York and South:
Take Route 30 east and exit onto Route 222 north
Continue on Route 222 north (approx. 35 miles) toward Reading

What are your hours of operation?
Our published hours of operation are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am EST until 5:00 pm EST. However; if required, we do make special exceptions for our customers including nights and weekends.
